Baking Day Crew 2012

 

Every year we go up to my parent’s house a few days before Christmas for Baking Day.  It is always a wonderful time- we spend most of the day in our pajamas listening to Christmas music and baking our favorite cookies.  Steve was out of town, so the kids and I headed up Friday night…we woke up early Saturday morning and the mixing/tasting/baking began!

The last batch we bake is Grandma Brown’s famous butter cookies.  The kids love rolling the dough and using the cookie cutters.  The only thing they like more is decorating them with yummy icing and sprinkles!  Even Catelin joined in…

















The kids came down from their sugar high and crashed on the way home…
